I’m literally called stupid and useless every single day.
Time to prove to my parents that what they do to me really is abuse and I’m not “making it up and overreacting”.
Please get this as many notes as possible. They think it’s all a joke.
In some ways it is worse than physical abuse bc a black eye heals quicker than all the mental and emotional scars. It is abuse and any form is wrong.
I would say that emotional abuse may be an essential component of most abuse. It’s what keeps people from running even when there’s nothing else stopping them.
